The objective of this training was to prepare the III year students of BVSc&AH of MVC towards better communication and soft skills.

The training included eight lectures which were based on time management, goal setting, listening skills, presentation skills, communication skills, team bonding and problem solving. The students were involved in individual activity, group activity, group discussion and personal discussion. The training was conducted by Smart series, Bangalore. The training was conducted in two batches; each batch consisting of 60 students on an average.
