The objective of this training programme was to improve II year student of BVSc&AH towards better communication and soft skills.

The training included eight lectures which were based on time management, goal setting, listening skills, presentation skills, communication skills, team bonding and problem solving. The students were involved in individual activity, group activity, group discussion and personal discussion. The training was conducted by Smart series, Bangalore. The training was done in two batches; each batch consisting of 60 students on an average.
