Wednesday – 18.12.19 - 01:30 to 05:30 pm Objective: To teach reproductive evaluation of high producing dairy cows In class:  Introductory group discussion – Case study  Functional anatomy of reproductive organs in a cow  Assessing the reproductive health by rectal examination – Handout and lecture  Stepwise evaluation of reproductive health – Practical demonstration Learning outcome – The student will learn systematic examination of reproductive organs to know the reproductive health Thursday – 19.12.19 - 09:30 am to 05:30 pm Objective: To teach the clinical skills in Gynaecology To teach how to approach to an obstetrical case In class:  Various reproductive disorders causing infertility in cows  Diagnostics tests in gynaecology – Handout and lecture  Uses of obstetrical instruments – Practical demonstration  Fetotomy - Practical demonstration Learning outcome – The student will learn about the diagnosis of gynaecological and obstetrical problems Friday – 20.12.19 - 09:30 am to 05:30 pm Objective: To teach male infertility in farm animals To teach semen collection and evaluation procedures in bulls and bucks In class:  Various infertility problems in male farm animals  Semen collection methods in bulls and bucks - Handout and lecture  Semen collection and evaluation in bulls and bucks - Practical demonstration Learning outcome – The student will learn about the male infertility and semen evaluation procedures
